Hello. I'm Jeff Wolff and I'm a freelance web designer based in San Diego, California. I've been designing and building websites for around 3 years now. All of my websites are coded using tableless XHTML/CSS. I design on a 24" iMac coupled with Adobe Photoshop for designing websites and Coda for building them.
